If you find it difficult to talk about specific problems with friends or family,
or you don’t want to burden them, or if the strategies you have relied
on in the past are not helping you to resolve your current difficulties
and you want a safe, supportive and confidential environment in which
to do so, please email or call Merilyn for an appointment.
The cost of treatment sessions is $140 per hour. Rebates from your Private Health Fund will depend on the Fund and your level of cover.
Those people who have a referral from their GP who has written a GP Mental Health Care Plan, may claim a Medicare rebate of $80 for up to 12-18 individual sessions per calendar year.
If you have a Compulsory Third Party, Income Protection or a Workers' Compensation claim, the insurance company may be able to be billed directly. Please contact me for further information.
